Continuity Problem

Last night I was watching a repeat of "Call The Midwife" in one scene some one asks for Sandie Shaw - Puppet On A String, they put a Decca Tri Centre on the record player and Sandie Shaw - Puppet On A String starts playing, I thought Sandie Shaw was on the PYE label, If I recall the actor had a Ted Heath record in her hand just before the request. 

After I posted the original post, I recalled that countries like South Africa, Rhodesia (Zimbabwe) & Zambia continued producing records with Tri-Centres well into the late 1960's under licence from Decca who were the major record producer in the three countries, I would buy these when I saw them as curios.
