Records are a bit like buses you wait ages for a one to turn up then two come almost together, I found a decent copy of this 1963 record at the last Bank Holiday Boot Sale and a couple of weeks later my record dealer offered me a second copy, judging by the number of label variations this record may have been in the Decca catalogue for some time, Sheila Hancock recorded a hard hitting satirical/political LP 'Putting Out The Dustbin' when they finished the LP there was some studio time left over, this record was knocked up during the left over studio time, the LP was ignored and all the talk was about this record, it was a regular on children's favourites. 1963 was still in the era when lots of people smoked and often you were a social pariah if you didn't smoke.
