Simon Dee real name Cyril Nicolas Henty-Dodd started as a DJ on Radio Caroline, in 1965 he joined BBC Radio, 1967 he progressed to his own chat show on BBC TV Dee Time, 1969 he left the BBC and transferred to ITV in 1970 The Simon Dee Show started after a short time he fell out with the ITV management and the show was cancelled.
