More Additional Memory Woes

 Last week I received an email informing me that the SSD drive had been repaired and was being despatched to me, I later got 2 additional emails saying the consignment my package was part of was being held at Customs, a further email said that the whole consignment had been returned to the sender, I I then got an apology for the delay the next day another email my package has cleared customs and should be at my pick up point on Monday.

The consignment returned reminded me of the short time I spent in stores, the returned broken/failed items that were returned to the stores were sorted and returned to the manufactures for refurbishment or repairs one company all items in the box had to be listed, it was routine anything you put in that box was listed on the paperwork, one week the box was returned there was an extra item in the box, the box was unpacked and every item checked with the inventory, it all corresponded, in the bottom of the box was a small screw that had come off one of the other items, because the screw was not on the inventory they rejected the whole consignment, the screw was returned to the item it came from and the consignment was accepted.
